FUNDAMENTOS DA PEDAGOGIA FREIREANA: UM BREVE DIÁLOGO COM AS OBRAS DE PAULO FREIRE
Abstract
this report presents reflections about the experience with the discipline of Fundamentals of Freirean Pedagogy, during the professional master's degree in Education, at the Federal University of Tocantins-UFT. It approaches the relations between Paulo Freire's works with music, films, and poetry, which seek to reflect on popular education and on meaning and meaning through conceptions of listening, speech, reading, writing and dialogue, learning, teaching and humanizing in Freirean Pedagogy. To this end, the reflections were anchored in the works of Paulo Freire, Pedagogy of the Oppressed (1987), The importance of reading (1989) and Education as a Freedom Practice (1967). All texts read and debated were problematized, raising ideas and concepts considered important for the discussion and results of studies, allowing to understand the implications of Freirean Pedagogy in the organization of popular education practices.
