A FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE NO BRASIL: DILEMAS E DESAFIOS
Abstract
Abstract: This article proposes to reflect on the most urgent challenges and dilemmas in teacher education, as well talks about teaching questions. Through descriptive bibliographic research about theme, is made a brief review of the historical education trajectory in Brazil and of the curricular parameters of teacher training and practice. Through several authors study, it is possible to affirm that teaching is in the process of transformation, and many aspects interfere with the quality of teacher education and practice, such as the quality of training courses, the requirement of internships, continuing training, the historical, cultural, political and technological process in which it is inserted, the improvement of teaching practices and knowledge, the relationship between student-teacher, the complexity of the diversity and particularity of educational ambience, the ability to put together scientific knowledge and experiential knowledge, the valuation of the profession, structural conditions among other factors.
