HERANÇA E DESEQUILÍBRIO DE LIGAÇÃO EM LOCOS ISOENZIMÁTICOS DE Peltophorum dubium
Abstract
Estudos foram realizados sobre a herança e o desequilíbrio de ligação em locos isoenzimáticos de Peltophorum dubium (Spreng.) Taub., vulgarmente conhecida como canafístula ou angico-amarelo, uma espécie arbórea de ampla distribuição nas florestas tropicais e subtropicais da América do Sul. Pouco se conhece sobre a diversidade genética e sistema de reprodução da espécie, aspectos estes fundamentais para a conservação genética, bem como para o seu melhoramento genético. A herança e a ligação de seis isoenzimas codificando nove locos são reportadas em P. dubium usando progênies de polinização aberta de árvores maternas heterozigotas. Em geral, a razão de segregação conformou com a esperada em caracteres sob controle de herança mendeliana. Desvio da razão de segregação 1:1 foi observado apenas para o loco Pgm-2. A ligação entre pares de locos foi inferida usando a medida composta de desequilíbrio de ligação de Borrows. Desvios de desequilíbrio de ligação foram observados entre sete pares de locos (α-Est-2:Ugpp-2, α-Est-3:α-Est-4, α-Est-3:Ugpp-2, 6pgdh-2:Aco-1, 6pgdh-2:Pgm-1, Aco-1:Pgm-1 e Pgm-1:Pgm-2), dois dos quais estavam ligados (α-Est-3:α-Est-4, 6pgdh-2:Pgm-1). A herança mendeliana simples foi confirmada para a maioria dos locos avaliados. Contudo, alguns pares desses locos parecem não estar segregando de forma independente, de forma que alguns devem ser excluídos de análises genéticas que requeiram a pressuposição de equilíbrio de ligação.
