A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PERFIL DOS LÍDERES EM ORGANIZAÇÕES: ESTUDO DE CASO NO TOCANTINS
Abstract
The success of an organization can be guaranteed through the strategic management of its leader, who must possess adequate knowledge and profile to aim for such a feat. In view of the presenting context, this study has as main objective to proceed with the survey of the characteristics of the profile of a leader, through a case study in organizations located in the municipality of Palmas-TO. In the present study was used the quantitative descriptive research, for its execution a questionnaire was elaborated, the collection of this data was directed to the employees of the organizations to define its leader. In this study, the profile of a democratic leader, one who participates in the activities, who listens and who offers incentives to the collaborator, and jointly decides the decision making for the organization predominates, but also autocratic and liberal leaders were present in smaller proportions.
