ATUAÇÃO DA EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NO ATENDIMENTO DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Abstract
A equipe multiprofissional desempenha um papel crucial no atendimento de urgência e emergência, devido à complexidade dos casos. O presente estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa com objetivo de analisar e sintetizar os principais achados em estudos que investigam a atuação da equipe multiprofissional no atendimento de urgência e emergência. Para isso, foram realizadas buscas nas principais bases de dados, com uso de palavras chave, combinados a operadores booleanos e realizada seleção por meio de uma pergunta norteadora e critérios de inclusão e exclusão para melhor delineamento. A literatura enfatiza a necessidade de comunicação clara e compartilhamento de informações entre as equipes, promovendo uma cultura de colaboração nos serviços de urgência e emergência. Além disso, ressalta a importância da educação contínua para melhorar constantemente a qualidade dos cuidados nesse ambiente desafiador. Resumidamente, este estudo destaca o papel crítico da equipe multiprofissional enfatizando a colaboração e comunicação eficaz.
