O EFEITO DO WORK LIFE BALANCE NA CAPACIDADE DE APRENDIZAGEM ORGANIZACIONAL E NA PROPENSÃO À INOVAÇÃO EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO PÚBLICA
Abstract
Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a influência do Work Life Balance (WLB) na Capacidade de Aprendizagem Organizacional (CAO) e a relação de cada um destes constructos com a Propensão à Inovação em um Instituto Federal de Ciência, Educação e Tecnologia. A pesquisa é descritiva, de levantamento e quantitativa. Para coleta dos dados utilizou-se um questionário estruturado, obtendo uma amostra de 387 respondentes. Para a análise dos dados utilizou-se a Modelagem de Equações Estruturais (baseada em covariância com o software AMOS). Concluiu-se que o WLB tem influência positiva na CAO, porém, não apresenta influência direta na Propensão à Inovação, necessitando da presença de outros elementos como a CAO para que se torne um impulsionador desta dimensão. Evidencia-se a importância do desenvolvimento de ações que promovam o WLB em Instituições Públicas, uma vez que este impacta diretamente na CAO e ecoa indiretamente na Propensão à Inovação da organização.
