DETERMINANTES E DESAFIOS DA ECOINOVAÇÃO POR MEIO DE UM ESTUDO DE CASO
Abstract
Ao passo que a incorporação das questões ambientais se torna premente nas organizações por meio de sua agenda de inovação, o campo da ecoinovação surge nesse processo como importante elemento de análise. Este conceito vem sendo trabalhado por diversas pesquisas, no entanto, por se apresentar como um elemento recente de análise, pesquisas adicionais se fazem necessárias a fim de buscar um maior entendimento sob essa questão. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar e ampliar o entendimento acerca dos drivers que induzem empresas a inovarem para as questões ambientais. Os resultados da pesquisa confirmaram que a atividade empreendedora pode ser um impulsionador para a emergência de negócios direcionados para essas questões ambientais e que o perfil gerencial atua como importante player na difusão de uma cultura de inovação por toda a cadeia produtiva.
