EDITORIAL
Abstract
A proposta deste dossiê é explorar a conceituação de liderança na área de educação, procurando demarcar as especificidades dessa prática social e, portanto, da natureza do papel exercido por profissionais que ocupam o lugar de gestores(as), podendo ser designados estatutariamente como líderes de equipes em instituições educacionais. Para início de conversa, cabem alguns importantes esclarecimentos sobre questões de ordem terminológica, funcional e, principalmente, conceitual, do modo como procuramos conceber neste volume da Revista.
