AUTISMO NO CONTEXTO DE MIGRAÇÃO NO BRASIL: UMA BREVE REFLEXÃO
Abstract
Este artigo examina os desafios enfrentados por famílias imigrantes no Brasil que cuidam de crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA). A análise aborda barreiras estruturais, instrumentais e linguísticas, destacando a necessidade de programas de apoio culturalmente sensíveis. Além disso, discute-se a interseccionalidade entre a condição migratória e as dificuldades enfrentadas no acesso à saúde e educação inclusiva. Através de uma revisão da literatura, são apresentadas estratégias que visam a ampliação do suporte e a mitigação dos impactos negativos dessas barreiras, enfatizando a importância da inclusão e da comunicação na língua materna.
