Abstract

Nessa Dissertação de Mestrado, estuda-se a influência exercida pelo chamado e pelo sentido de trabalho sobre o comportamento de servidores públicos da Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional (PGFN), principalmente quanto à cidadania organizacional e ao sofrimento psicológico laboral.
