A PERCEPÇÃO DE GESTORES MUNICIPAIS DE SAÚDE EM RELAÇÃO AO ENFRENTAMENTO À MORTALIDADE INFANTIL EM TERRITÓRIOS DA 22ª REGIONAL DE SAÚDE DO PARANÁ: ELEMENTOS QUE ANTECEDEM A PEC DOS 20 ANOS

Abstract

This article seeks to reflect the perception of the municipal health secretaries of the territories of Ivaiporã, Jardim Alegre and Rosário do Ivaí regarding the confrontation with infant mortality.  The data comes from the master's report from September 2017. As a result, the profile of a public management that was unfocused in relation to SUS regulations was observed. In a scenario of high infant mortality rates, this paper seeks to highlight elements that subsidize reflections about questions that precede the PEC of the freezing of expenditures for 20 years, and that corroborate with return of the reality of TMI in Brazil.

Nathália Aline Andrade, Prefeitura Municipal de Borborema

Assistente Social, graduada pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2014), Mestra em Serviço Social e Política Social pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (2017). Atualmente, concursada no município de Borborema/SP, onde trabalha no SUAS. Exerceu a gestão do SUAS no município de Grandes Rios/PR em 2017.

Possui apovações em Concursos Públicos concernentes ao Serviço Social, tendo sido classificada e convocada em diferentes PSS para a docência.

Líria Maria Bettiol Lanza, Universidade Estadual de Londrina

Possui graduação em Serviço Social pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1999) e mestrado em Serviço Social pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2003) e doutorado (2010) no Programa de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Serviço Social da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de SP (PUC SP). Atualmente é docente do Departamento de Serviço Social e do Programa de Pós Graduação em Serviço Social e Política Social da Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL PR). Tem experiência na área de Serviço Social e saúde, com ênfase no exercício e formação profissional; trabalho cooperado, imigração e o território nas políticas sociais. Coordena o Grupo de Pesquisa (CNPq) Serviço Social e Saúde, formação e exercício profissional.
