ESTRESSE OCUPACIONAL EM ENFERMEIROS QUE ATUAM NA URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Abstract
Abstract: Occupational stress is defined as the set of physical and psychic injuries generated by work-related factors. The objective of this study was to analyze the scientific production on occupational stress in nursing professionals who work in the emergency and emergency scenario, through an integrative review using the following databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Database Nursing Data (BDEnf) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS). The descriptors were selected based on the list of Descriptors of Health Sciences, being the following: Occupational Stress; Nursing; Emergency and Emergency Services. The Boolean operator AND was used to find studies that contained such descriptors. Finally, we conclude that the occupational activity of the nurse in the emergency and emergency sector is considered the fourth most stressful profession in the public sector, and it is necessary that these professionals have minimum satisfactory conditions for the performance of their work.
