PERFIS DA SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT E SUA RELAÇÃO COM SENTIDO DE VIDA, REGULAÇÃO EMOCIONAL, MINDFULNESS E AUTOCOMPAIXÃO EM PROFESSORES DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA
Abstract
O presente estudo teve por objetivo investigar as relações entre mindfulness, a autocompaixão, as estratégias de regulação emocional e sentido de vida para cada perfil da síndrome de burnout em professores da Educação Básica da rede pública estadual de ensino, nos municípios de Aracaju e na região norte do interior da Bahia. 243 profissionais da Educação Básica da rede pública em dois Estados do Brasil responderam aos instrumentos sobre as variáveis psicológicas contidas no objetivo da pesquisa. O fator geral de autocompaixão teve um impacto negativo na busca de sentido de vida, variável com relação positiva com esse tipo de esgotamento profissional no perfil subdesafiado. Por fim, a autocompaixão covariou, de maneira positiva, com a presença de sentido de vida, um fator com impacto negativo no perfil desgastado. A autocompaixão e o sentido de vida são fatores a serem considerados nas intervenções, voltadas para prevenção do burnout docente.
