THE SOCIAL FUNCTION OF JUDICIAL CENTERS FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION - CEJUSC'S
Abstract
This article presents an analysis of the social function carried out by the Judicial Centers for Conflict Resolution - CEJUSC'S within society, based on the benefits achieved by this structure created by the National Council of Justice, aiming at stimulating the consensus resolutions of the demands, and strategically providing the unlocking and celerity for the Judiciary. We decided to carry out a reflection on the positive social effects for the parts involved due to the practices conducted by this sector through conciliations, the pre-procedural services and the provision of services in citizenship, envisaging the consensual resolution of conflicts from a social and cultural view point and not only under the legal aspect. Therefore, we tried to find out, in the operation of this structure, its relevant contributions to the guarantee, preservation and effectiveness of fundamental principles such as access to justice and dignity of the human person.
