A ABRANGÊNCIA SOCIAL DOS CURSOS DE GRADUAÇÃO DA UNEB NOS TERRITÓRIOS DE IDENTIDADE DA BAHIA
Abstract
ABSTRACT: The State University of Bahia has for academic tradition the training of teachers that has contributed decisively to the advancement of education in Bahia. This article analyzes the organizational model of UNEB, the capillarity of its structure and scope of graduate courses in the different territories of identity of Bahia. In the practice of the analyzes of this article, the applied research method was adopted. The general objective of this article is to present the management model of the UNEB and consequent implications on the effectiveness of the university organization. The main theorists who supported the study were: Charlot (2000), Chaui (2003) and Santos (2004). The results of this work allow us to understand the role of management in the development of the territory of identity in which each degree course is inserted.
