ADMINISTRAÇÃO E GOVERNAÇÃO PÓS-BUROCRÁTICA EM PORTUGAL: O CASO DO PLANO JUSTIÇA MAIS PRÓXIMA 20|23
Abstract
O objetivo do presente trabalho é relacionar a literatura da Administração e Governação Pós-Burocrática com um programa de políticas públicas no setor da Justiça portuguesa, nomeadamente, o Plano Justiça mais Próxima 20|23. No enquadramento teórico, é aprofundada a Governação, no que diz respeito às suas características de redes, estruturas, e a participação de stakeholders na Administração Pública. O trabalho segue uma abordagem qualitativa e, como técnica de análise de dados, é utilizada a análise de conteúdo. Conclui-se que o plano em análise apresenta uma visão, objetivos e características concordantes com os princípios do movimento da Governação.
