FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE INNOVATION POTENTIAL OF THE COMPANY’S EMPLOYEES

Abstract

This article explores the innovation potential of industrial company personnel. The relevance of the research is confirmed by the growing interest of companies in innovation. This is manifested both in the change in the organizational structure of companies and in a new approach to human resource management, for example, the review of key employee performance indicators. One of the main objectives of the research was to determine the factors that influence the development of employees' innovation potential and to assess their impact. The institutional approach constituted the conceptual basis of the study. The research results allowed the authors to make recommendations for training and developing the innovation potential of the company's employees.
