DO DISCURSO OFICIAL AO DISCURSO DIDÁTICO: REPRESENTAÇÃO E SUBJETIVAÇÃO DO SUJEITO INDÍGENA PARA E PELA SOCIEDADE HEGEMÔNICA, UM TRAJETO DE IN-EXCLUSÃO
Abstract
Este artigo busca problematizar o discurso do documento final da “Convenção sobre a Proteção e Promoção da Diversidade das Expressões Culturais”, cujo eco discursivo desencadeou a promulgação da Lei 11.645/08 e a produção de obras de cunho didático organizadas no intuito de consolidar o discurso oficial no discurso pedagógico. Nossa hipótese é de que esta materialidade discursiva, entrelaçada e entretecida ao texto legal, bem como aos aparatos didáticos, já em circulação, possibilita a (re)construção e /ou a (re)significação do processo de colonização, do desejo de controle de cristalizar uma representação dos povos indígenas, e de seus patrimônios culturais, como sujeitos à margem. Pautamo-nos, transdisciplinarmente, na Análise do Discurso de origem francesa (PÊCHEUX, 1988; CORACINI, 2007-2016; GUERRA, 2016); da Arqueogenealogia foucaultiana (1988, 1997); e da visada Pós-colonialista (MIGNOLO, 2003; SANTOS, 2004; NOLASCO, 2009) para promovermos um gesto analítico sobre o delineamento desses processos de subjetivação.
