A ORIENTAÇÃO PARA A APRENDIZAGEM NAS PEQUENAS E MÉDIAS INSTITUIÇÕES DE ENSINO SUPERIOR PRIVADAS
Abstract
O presente estudo tem o objetivo de propor e validar uma escala de conceito para a medição da Orientação para a Aprendizagem (OA) no ambiente das Instituições de Ensino Superior privadas de pequeno e médio porte, sob a ótica da discussão de modelos organizacionais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa empírica de natureza descritiva-quantitativa, iniciada pela revisão da literatura para a identificação dos indicadores utilizados na operacionalização da OA. Desta forma, emergiu a proposta de uma escala de mensuração da OA, que foi validada por meio de um processo que envolveu o uso do coeficiente de validade de conteúdo em uma avaliação de juízes, pré-teste e análise estatística de consistência interna e validade discriminante, a partir de levantamento junto à uma amostra probabilística de 161 diretores de PMIES privadas do Estado de São Paulo. Todos os dados foram submetidos à análise fatorial exploratória com finalidade confirmatória, o que proporcionou adequações e por fim, a validação da escala, que se tornou um modelo de mensuração da Orientação para a Aprendizagem, consolidada como um construto unidimensional (α = 0,79), operacionalizada por quatro variáveis, que são apresentadas neste artigo.
