Abstract
Ao reunir quinze artigos originais, o dossiê oferece uma visão abrangente e comparativa sobre os desafios contemporâneos relacionados às desigualdades de gênero, aos mecanismos de justiça e às políticas públicas voltadas à proteção e promoção de direitos. Os textos, desenvolvidos por autoras e autores brasileiros e mexicanos, dialogam com diferentes abordagens teóricas e metodológicas, evidenciando a complexidade comum às realidades latino-americanas.
