UM ESTUDO SOBRE FERRAMENTAS DE APRENDIZAGEM COLABORATIVA

Resumo

Este estudo se trata de uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre as principais ferramentas digitais utilizadas na aprendizagem colaborativa que podem ser utilizadas na qualificação de profissionais. Foi definido o período de busca relacionados à temática de 2014 a 2018. As bases de dados de indexação utilizadas foram, Emerald Insight, Google Acadêmico, ScienceDirect - Elsevier, IEEE Xplore, ACM - Digital Library. Os termos chave utilizados foram: “Collaborative learning” AND “digital tools”; “Collaborative learning” AND “professional qualification”, dessa forma, 399 estudos retornaram, destes, 37 atenderam os critérios pré-definidos. Os resultados observados evidenciam que atualmente a wiki é a ferramenta mais adotada na aprendizagem colaborativa, sendo complementada pelas redes sociais, modalidade essa que visa aprimoramento das tecnologias digitais que atendam às necessidades dos usuários. Observou-se, que essas ferramentas são de fácil implementação, sendo desenvolvidas novas formas de aprender, aproximando professores e discentes na construção do conhecimento.
