O PAPEL DAS BOAS PRÁTICAS DE GESTÃO NA COMPETITIVIDADE DAS NAÇÕES
Resumo
Dos fatores apontados pela literatura para explicar a competitividade destacam-se mão de obra barata, matéria prima abundante e capital para investimento e inovação. Além disso, alguns autores apontam a existência de um quinto fator: práticas de gestão das organizações. Desta forma, o objetivo dessa pesquisa foi, por meio de modelagem de equações estruturais e do ranking de competitividade do World Economic Forum (WEF) de 2016, investigar se a existência de práticas de gestão é fator determinante para se alcançar a competitividade do país. As análises realizadas permitiram constatar que a variável Práticas de Gestão se apresenta como um antecedente da competitividade.
