FATORES DE CONSUMO DE ALIMENTOS VERDES: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

Identificar os fatores que influenciam nas decisões de consumo de alimentos verdes é questão importante para a promoção do consumo sustentável. Esta revisão, teve como objetivo principal identificar estes fatores a partir da análise de artigos acessados na base de dados Scopus. Dados demográficos como países, ano de publicação, palavras-chave e institucionais foram levantados. Os resultados identificaram 39 fatores agrupados em: fatores humanos, comerciais e ambientais que influenciam positiva ou negativamente o consumo de alimentos verdes. Dentre os fatores que possuem maior motivação estão: a preocupação com saúde e o ambiente, já entre os fatores que mais influenciam negativamente estão: o preço elevado e a indisponibilidade. Ressalta-se a necessidade de mais estudos com a finalidade de entender a correlação entre a conscientização ambiental e a escolha dos alimentos verdes, e assim contribuir para a disseminação do conhecimento acerca dos benefícios do consumo dos alimentos verdes para o ambiente.
