Volumetric equations specific to each management area are legally required in Sustainable Forest Management Plans (SFMPs) in the Amazon, replacing the traditionally used form factor. This study aimed to fit single- and double-entry models to estimate the individual volume of commercial trees in an Annual Production Unit in Bujari, Acre. A total of 1,722 trees from 44 species were analyzed. Twelve models were evaluated for influential observations (standardized residuals, hat matrix leverage, DFFITS, and Cook’s distance) and selected based on standard error, adjusted coefficient of determination, residual analysis, and sums of squares. The best-fitting single-entry equation was obtained using the Hohenadl and Krenn model (V = -0.971631 + 0.0334686·DBH + 0.000310589·DBH²), while the best-performing double-entry equation was derived from the Spurr model (V = 0.446744 + 0.0000277045·DBH²·Hc), which showed superior performance compared to the single-entry model.
