2026-02-04T21:53:42-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Margareth Arbués , Silvana Beline https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11184 A INSUFICIÊNCIA DO PACOTE ANTI-FEMINICÍDIO: UMA ANÁLISE CRÍTICA DA SÉRIE “BOM DIA, VERÔNICA” 2026-02-04T23:13:49-03:00 Ana Laura Correia Duarte correia_correia@discente.ufg.br Margareth Pereira Arbués margareth_arbues@ufg.br
2026-02-04T21:55:55-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Ana Laura Correia Duarte, Margareth Pereira Arbués https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11199 IGUALDADE DE GÊNERO, DIVISÃO DE PAPEIS NO PATRIARCADO E O IMPACTO DO CINEMA SOBRE A SOCIEDADE 2026-02-04T23:13:52-03:00 Isabella Martins Vieira Menezes Carvalho isabellamvmc@gmail.com
A busca por igualdade de gênero encontra inúmeras entraves para ser alcançada; dentre elas, a repetição e a imposição de padrões e de papeis para homens e mulheres. This is the reason why teachers should also learn and practice online learning environments. Teaching English is already not easy because the use of the native language is minimal, and doing so online can be even more challenging. The aim of this study is to determine the levels of barriers to online learning among preservice English teachers. The Scale of Student Barriers Online Learning by Muilenburg and Berge (2005), adapted to the Turkish language and culture by Horzum et. al. (2017) was used in the study. 310 preservice English teachers participated in the study. Sub-factor averages, factor correlations were analyzed and diagnostic statistics about the study group were included. In the comparison of quantitative data, the t-test was used for variables with two sublevels and one-way ANOVA was used for variables with more than two sublevels. The research questions focus on the specific functions of formal and informal education in the Czech prison system, their institutional and organisational conditions, and the extent to which they contribute to reducing the risk of recidivism. To achieve this objective, a strategy of expert qualitative analysis of secondary data was used, including content analysis of official statistics of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, legislative documents and relevant professional literature. The study identifies key determinants of the effectiveness of educational programmes, analyses their structure, content focus and institutional framework, and formulates recommendations for the further development of educational policy in the prison system, taking into account the current challenges of resocialisation practice.
2026-02-04T22:44:25-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 František Vlach, Lukáš Stárek https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11016 REVOLUTIONARY WOMEN: A SEMIOTIC ANALYSIS OF FEMALE IMAGERY IN CULTURAL REVOLUTION POSTERS FROM AN EDUCATIONAL PERSPECTIVE 2026-02-04T23:14:48-03:00 Yao Yichen 975203164@qq.com Azhar Abd Jamil azhar388@uitm.edu.my Zhao Lu 457091141@qq.com
This study investigates the semiotic representation of female figures in Cultural Revolution (1966–1976) propaganda posters, emphasizing their pedagogical function within the ideological and political education system of Maoist China. By applying semiotic theory, the research explores how visual elements in educational propaganda shaped collective consciousness, transmitted state-sanctioned gender norms, and served as tools of political socialization. It reveals that women were depicted as revolutionaries, labor models, and political participants—symbolizing socialist ideals of gender equality and collective identity. These portrayals functioned not merely as artistic expressions but as educational instruments designed to cultivate ideological alignment, behavioral norms, and moral exemplars for both youth and adults. The study fills a gap in previous research by analyzing female imagery through the lens of educational semiotics, highlighting how visual propaganda reinforced sociopolitical values and shaped public understanding of gender and civic responsibility during a transformative period in Chinese educational history.
2026-02-04T22:46:31-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Yao Yichen, Azhar Abd Jamil, Zhao Lu https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11017 BUILDING TEACHERS’ SOCIO-EMOTIONAL COMPETENCE TO CREATE A SAFE LANGUAGE ENVIRONMENT IN HIGHER SCHOOL 2026-02-04T23:14:51-03:00 Olena Konotop olenakonotopp@gmail.com Oksana Bykonia oksana.bykonya15@ukr.net Liubov Zenia liubov.zenia1958@gmail.com Oksana Dzhendzhero ok.dzhen05@gmail.com Hanna Boretska anna.boretska29@gmail.com
The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of social and emotional learning (SEL) strategies in the training of foreign language teachers, as well as to analyse the level of their SEC. In the study, a relational model was used to determine the impact of instant situation assessment and pre-training video viewing on technical skills. The sample of the study was selected from licensed badminton athletes (at least 3 years+) participating in competitions in Erzurum province. The athletes' gender characteristics were kept in the background, and 22 athletes were selected based on their active participation in the sport. To understand the difference in the athletes' development, the Badminton Ranking Test (BTS) was administered as a pre-test, and one group was shown videos of players ranked in the top eight in the world rankings. According to the findings obtained, there were significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results of both groups in the BTS (Badminton Ranking Test). In the overall score average, a difference was observed in the post-test results of technical strokes, with the video viewers scoring 0.767 higher. In the control group, it was found to be 0.249. In the pre-test results of both groups, the research group had a ratio of 0.110, while the control group had a ratio of 0.639. This shows that watching videos has a positive contribution to their game (p>0.05). According to the results we can say that since badminton is a sport that requires continuity and involves learning new things during training and competition, video analysis programs offer positive contributions to badminton players. In particular, videos that influence players from top-level players should be included in the training routines of young athletes.
2026-02-04T22:51:10-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Vahdet Alaeddinoğlu https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11021 EMBEDDING CLIMATE CHANGE CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE CURRICULUM: PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATIONS FOR INDIAN SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES 2026-02-04T23:14:58-03:00 Aneesh Vijayan Pillai advavpillai@gmail.com
Climate change is a major threat to ecological balance, human development, and social justice. Education plays a crucial role in tackling the climate crisis by promoting awareness, critical thinking, and civic responsibility. This paper examines the need to include climate change awareness in the Indian educational system through a rights-based, multidisciplinary, and legally binding approach. It discusses the constitutional, judicial, and international obligations that support environmental education in India, citing important legal provisions such as Articles 21 and 51A(g) of the Constitution and key court cases like M.C. Mehta v. Union of India (1992). Although the Supreme Court has set mandates and initiatives like the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023 are in place, execution is inconsistent. This inconsistency stems from the lack of a legal mandate, insufficient teacher training, and differences in state curricula. The paper also looks at international frameworks like the UNFCCC, Paris Agreement, and SDGs, particularly SDG 4.7 and 13.3, which highlight the global obligation to support climate education. It suggests creating a specific Environmental and Climate Education Act and integrating this education into the curriculum through experiential, project-based, and interdisciplinary methods. The paper points out the legal duty of educational institutions to promote sustainability and calls for national reforms to align with global standards such as UNESCO’s Education for Sustainable Development. Finally, it pushes for more robust legislative actions, accountability from institutions, and innovative teaching methods to develop climate-literate citizens. These citizens can help guide India toward a fair and sustainable future. With coordinated legal and educational reforms, climate education can shift from a hopeful goal to a constitutional necessity, encouraging ecological awareness and environmental leadership in future generations.
2026-02-04T22:52:56-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Aneesh Vijayan Pillai https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11022 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ADVOCACY IN COLLEGES AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN HO CHI MINH CITY: DETERMINING THE ROLE OF EDUCATION 2026-02-04T23:15:36-03:00 LongAn Dang Nguyen longnda@kthcm.edu.vn Thuan Van Pham thuanpv@vnu.edu.vn Lan Chi Le lechilan@sgu.edu.vn
In the context of strong globalization and digital transformation, intellectual property plays an increasingly important role in the education and innovation ecosystem. Especially in colleges and secondary schools, where the workforce is directly trained for the knowledge economy, education is not only a channel for imparting knowledge, but also a strategic tool in advocacy, raising awareness and guiding students’ behavior in compliance with intellectual property laws. This article focuses on determining the role of education in promoting intellectual property in colleges and secondary schools in Ho Chi Minh City through a combination of qualitative methods (interviews with 17 managers, lecturers and experts in the field of intellectual property and education) and quantitative surveys of 234 people, including managers, lecturers and students. The survey results show that education has a positive impact on learners’ awareness and attitudes towards intellectual property; however, the level of integration of intellectual property content into the curriculum and extracurricular activities is still modest. The survey data tables with a 5-point Likert scale clearly reflect the level of consensus and assessment of the survey groups. On this basis, the article proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of intellectual property education through targeted initiatives, including the design of specialized training modules, training of lecturers to master intellectual property knowledge, development of school communication materials, and promotion of cooperation between schools and specialized agencies. Despite its critical role in education and career advancement, many students struggle to achieve the desired proficiency levels, necessitating an investigation into the factors driving English learning demand. This study adopts a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Data were collected through online surveys of 145 students, followed by statistical analyses using Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and regression analysis. The research examines five hypothesized factors—learning motivation, self-study time, learning methods, teaching methods, and learning environment—and evaluates their impact on English learning demand. The findings reveal that learning motivation, methods, and environment significantly influence students’ demand for learning English. Motivation, driven by aspirations such as career success and effective communication, emerges as a crucial factor. Effective learning methods, including multimedia resources and interactive activities, are identified as pivotal for skill development. Additionally, supportive environments that foster experiential learning and real-world application play a critical role in enhancing proficiency. In contrast, self-study time and teaching methods were found to have limited influence, suggesting potential areas for pedagogical improvement. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of English language acquisition in Vietnamese higher education and offers actionable insights for educators and policymakers. By highlighting the importance of motivation, innovative learning methods, and conducive environments, the study provides a foundation for developing strategies to enhance English education, bridging gaps between policy goals and practical outcomes in a globalized context.
2026-02-04T23:00:40-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Thuy Nhu Thi Nguyen, Nga Thi Khuat https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11027 THE EFFECTS OF DIGITAL GAMES ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: A COMPARATIVE META-ANALYSIS STUDY 2026-02-04T23:15:54-03:00 Tülay Kaya Tekman tulay.kaya@neu.edu.tr Mustafa Yeniasır mustafa.yeniasir@neu.edu.tr Burak Gökbulut burak.gokbulut@neu.edu.tr
Play is one of the most fundamental emotional and physical needs inherent in a child’s nature. This challenge calls for a more comprehensive intervention approach, particularly within an education system increasingly emphasizing students’ holistic well-being. Traditional psychological approaches often focus on behavior modification and coping mechanisms as intervention strategies. However, these approaches sometimes overlook the spiritual dimension, which plays a critical role in helping individuals manage inner conflicts more holistically. In Malaysia, the integration of spiritual and moral values has been a key component of the national curriculum through subjects such as Islamic Education, Moral Education, and co-curricular programs, including spiritual activities such as motivational talks and spiritual camps. This study aims to explore the spiritual approaches introduced by Al-Ghazali and Ibn Ataillah in fostering individual resilience, particularly in addressing self-injury behaviors. Through a systematic methodology encompassing contemporary research and references to classical texts, this study integrates Islamic spiritual approaches within the context of mental health. The findings reveal that spiritual approaches anchored in ten core elements: repentance, fear of God, asceticism, patience, gratitude, sincerity and truthfulness, reliance on God, compassion, acceptance of God's decree, and remembrance of death. All these elements can significantly contribute to the development of strong resilience and provide a holistic framework for addressing self-injury conflicts. In the context of Malaysian education, the findings suggest the integration of these elements into student development programs, teacher training, and mental well-being modules in schools and higher education institutions. This approach has the potential to significantly strengthen emotional regulation and individual resilience, thereby extending the concept of holistic education toward achieving a balance between psychological and spiritual development. This study contributes to the advancement of holistic mental health interventions aligned with the objectives of Malaysia’s education system, which aspires to produce individuals who are intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically balanced.
2026-02-04T23:08:33-03:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Siti Hajar Mohamad Yusoff, Zuraidah Juliana Mohamad Yusoff, Norhashimah Yahya, Nor Shakirah Azizan, Wahyu Saefudin https://revista.unitins.br/index.php/humanidadeseinovacao/article/view/11251 METALINGUAGEM E CONSTRUÇÃO DO ETHOS DO PROFISSIONAL AMADOR (PRO-AM) NO YOUTUBE 2026-02-04T23:16:08-03:00 Camille Guichard-Libersac camille.libersac@gmail.com
Para explorar a relação do sujeito com a virtualização, o objetivo será observar, por meio de vídeos de divulgação científica postados no Youtube, exemplos da construção do ethos de dois youtubers franceses que se posicionam como "profissionais-amadores".
