ACESSO À INFORMAÇÃO PÚBLICA E TRANSPARÊNCIA: ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA EM ESTUDOS DE CAMPO DA TRANSPARÊNCIA NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA

Resumo

A transparência e acesso às informações públicas vem ganhando maior interesse social e acadêmico, por se tratar de eficaz caminho no controle social e enfrentamento da corrupção no setor público. Este estudo, fruto de pesquisa realizada em âmbito de iniciação científica, foi realizado através do método bibliométrico que compreende uma metodologia de pesquisa com poucos estudos na área do direito. Este trabalho objetivou verificar, analisar e mensurar o perfil da produção acadêmica sobre transparência na administração pública em artigos científicos publicados em periódicos científicos indexados na base de dados Web of Science (WoS), até o ano de 2021. Uma primeira constatação foi que a maior parte dos artigos estão publicados em periódicos da área de conhecimento da administração pública e não do direito, mesmo sendo uma temática que perpassa questões como legislação e implementação pelo setor público na concretização de todo um arcabouço teórico e legislativo de interesse da ciência jurídica.
